Professional mobile notary services available throughout Orlando and Central Florida. Appointment requests are reviewed before confirmation. Meeting locations may be coordinated directly with clients after review of the appointment request.
General Notarization – $30
Includes mobile travel fee and one standard notarized signature. Additional notarized signatures are $10 each. This service is for standard notarizations only, such as acknowledgments, jurats, affidavits, powers of attorney, vehicle documents, school forms, consent forms, and similar documents.
Loan Signing & Complex Documents – $70
Includes a $50 signing and administrative fee plus a $20 travel fee. This service is for loan packages, real estate closings, refinance documents, HELOCs, seller packages, buyer packages, estate packages, trust documents, and other complex or multi-document signings.
Each additional notarized signature or notarial act is $10.
